"The Goalkeeper Centre of Excellence" is built for one purpose: to develop Gk's for the next level.
This is not a traditional training environment. We operate to the standards of professional European clubs, where performance is measured under pressure, not in drills.
Our program goes beyond technical work. It develops decision-making, resilience, and the mindset required to perform consistently at a high level.
The methodology is built through direct experience within the professional game and shaped through mentorship under Toni Jiménez Sistachs, who has worked at PSG, Chelsea FC, and Tottenham Hotspur.”
We work with Gk's at all levels from emerging players to senior level. If you are looking for casual sessions, this is not the right place!
Coaches
The Goalkeeper Centre of Excellence franchise in Australia is led by Head of Goalkeeping, Vitas Males, who currently also serves as the Senior Academy Goalkeeper Coach at Sydney FC, and Head of Goalkeeping at APIA Leichhardt and Rydalmere Lions FC.
Together with Sydney FC A-League goalkeeper Alexander Zaverdinos, alongside experienced qualified NPL and former NPL goalkeepers David, Sean, Haz, Max and partner Chaz of GKS the team is committed to developing the next generation of goalkeepers in Australia.
Our Services
We train in small groups (2–6 goalkeepers) with
FA, AFC, and UEFA-qualified and candidate coaches.
Sessions are held on FIFA certified synthetic pitches and natural grass.
High intensity, competitive environment focused on performance.

Our results
National team
While training with us at the Goalkeeper Centre of Excellence, 10 of our goalkeepers earned selection for various youth and senior national teams. 4 goalkeepers were selected for Australia, with Nicholas even representing his country at a U17 World Cup in South America.
A further 6 goalkeepers received national team call-ups for Croatia, Lebanon, Samoa, Philippines, Chinese Taipei, New Zealand.
Signing in Europe
A picture can tell more than a thousand words.
7 of our goalkeepers signed professional contracts at clubs in Europe, including 1 in the English Premier League and 1 in the Championship. Currently, 4 goalkeepers who attended GKCOE are also involved in A League 1st team men's squads.
International trials
Our goalkeepers have had the privilege of being invited to trial with several Premier League, Championship and European top clubs, with some of those opportunities leading to professional contracts in the UK & Europe.
After years of preparation and development, our goalkeepers proved they were ready to compete at the highest international level, understanding the physical, mental, and professional demands required to succeed.
